I am enjoying our simply beautiful weather, and it has gotten me in the mood to play. After enjoying the sunshine, and seeing the grass starting to turn GREEN, I come in all energized and ready to play in my craft room.
I had started this scrap book page last week and today it was so easy to finish it.
I used an older stamp set called So Much from SU, and created my own back ground paper... Since the picture was printed slightly off set,
I followed that look with placing the picture really off set on the dp.
The picture was so full of color and told its own story so I wanted the rest to be subtle. I added the big flowers to add some balance and fun, oh and some bling too.
This is my youngest grand daughter, and the best blessing in my life last year. She is so happy, and full of love and brings us all such pleasures... Her smile is the best medicine.
Her grandpa Wally would be so proud, as he did not like peas either...
This is why I love to scrap book, I can tell our stories, any way I want to...
I will be back with some cards in a day or so, I am working on a couple of challenges. So I hope you will stop back and check those out... Til then, enjoy everyday, Smile and share a smile with some one...
Faith is such an adorable little girl, and I think you captured her displeasure with peas so well. Lovely layout. TFS.
ReplyDeleteAaaahhhhh, so adorable! What a cutie. Your page is adorable too. I like the background paper you made. Great job!!
ReplyDeleteGreat LO, Soni. Yep. Wally would have adored her... just as he did all of his grandkids. But I think Faith would have been different for him.
ReplyDeleteSuch a funny picture of Faith. I love it. You did a great job with the page.
